Forclosed homes

Today we have a lot of empty houses which are deteriorating and being torn down because they are empty . This is part of what is wrong with our economy . One way to slow this down is to agree to rent the house to the former owners the ones who cannot make the house payments 1 missed payment and they will be out . Of course the house will rent cheaper then the house payment was to allow the family to afford the rent payment .
When the economy recovers they can make larger payments and the house can go back to they are buying it stage . This will put people in houses instead of on the street . Would you want these poor little dolls out in the street and homeless or some little kid out in the street and homeless .
The fact that to many houses are being torn down is reason enough to look for ways to save these houses . Each house that gets torn down we don't get back so less not let them deteriorate .
There are people out there who would rent some of these houses but they won't buy them until the economy recovers . House rented people living in it paying heating bills verses empty . Empty houses pipes freezze bust mold forms . People are in trouble right now some of these people who are in trouble could get a job fixing some of these properties so many hours a week in exchange for rent on one of them who knows the bank might be able to trust them enough after a while to make them a property manager . When this happens the bank can pay them a so much a week salary and alot of these places which were inhabitable would become habital and some people would have jobs .
With this economy some people are going to have to learn to run a business out of there own house .
Some of these vacant structures could be sold or leased as businesses like a small restraunt if it were in the neighborhood of a bunch of seinor citizens they could afford to serve lunch for discounted prices for seinors . Restrunts like Golden Correl which give big discounts to seinors are very busy during lunch hour and this is a lot of there profit .

internet marketing

Even though I have been on the web for around 5 years this is something I am just now learning about .
I am going to websites to talk about what I do I don't know if I am doing it right or not but when I first started it is suppose to increase traffic to your website I couldn't even find my website or my blogs because of all of the stuff from other sites .
My website http://www.dollslikeus.com went from on a high day 300 visitors to a low day of at least a 100 down to around 30 visitors a day .
My website has 370 pages and was started in febuary or march of 2005 . When I first buildt my website when ever people would lose interest in it I would destroy it and rebuild it . I learned oyu were months without much of a following when you did this so eventually I left the website and added pages to it .
I also learned to go to other peoples websites and talk about what I do This also increased traffic.
I am now on facebook, twiiter , myspace utube but theri is something wrong with my video their digg and reddit it was will as flickr and techornior something like that .

pets are being left

When houses are being forclosed on some people walk off and leave the family pet with no food or water because they cannot take it with them . If you cannot take your pet leave it with a friend neighbor or a relative see if someone will drive it to the pound for you .
But don't just leave your dog or cat to die without you and without anyone to take care of it . When the police show up because of barking when a neighbor calls them you don't want them to charge you with neclect of your animals.

Home forclosurers are high in ohio

Some people who have worked hard on there lives and have always done the right things are losing their homes especially in Ohio . Alot but not all of this is due to company closings all over the state.
Some people are forced to move in with families and some people who are renters are paying rent to landlords who are not making house payments so they to become evicted.
Some people move into smaller apartments and are forced to leave a lot of there worldly goods behind even some family photos .
This is happening all over our great land .
You might consider me wierd and a right winger but I think some of our problems started when we took prayer out of schools to save the anti God people who use to be largely ignored by the general population tell they figured out how to sue the school system and take away the right of the majority of the people in this country .

some people are working fewer hours

My brother told me they are giving him less hours to work but are still keeping him so he is down from 40 to 3 hours on he's main job he says that is a loss in income of 200 dollars a month . But at least he has a job he is 76 years old working two jobs with a pacemaker and a difibulator on him . He gets to sit some on he's guard job in between rounds tht he makes .
He is not the only one and credit is drying up for old people they use to could charge things but today they can charge less and less especially if they have trouble making payments .
This is better then for people who haven't worked in a while and have used up there unemployment what then and there savings .

We didn't know we were lossing our jobs

No one told us we were going to lose our jobs at all we figured we were keeping our jobs just getting out more work . Some of the people had worked there for over 20 years .
We all worked will together we were a team everybody knew everybody and was friendly toward one another .
Machines started getting shipped out of the plant our big boss came out and told us not to worry we were not lossing our jobs we were .
About a month or to latter they finally told us that some of us would go first others would stay longer that we were eligeable for retraining . I looked into the retraining at the local college . First thing they want you to do is list what you like to do . Will I like to do art I have worked in a lot of areas in art I have done ceramics for about 4 or 5 years . Plus I had two years of art in high school I sew . I have done bread dough . I embrodery I have copied pictures from the kids coloring books and have embrodered them for the kids when they were young .
I have made rag dolls dressed dolls I have a degree in cosmetology which I never really used . I put down I like everything there is in art it came back you don't like art .
I took college entrance exam and figured if I kept coming back and tring I could test at a higher level that didn't work
I was a old person . I wanted to write books and illustrate them my self they didn't like that at all . They didn't have money to train people to write book they wanted people doing other things I was to close to retirement to retrain even when I worked at Merit I had this crazy idea of writing books and I worked on it in my spare time .I was not finished with a book but I had made a lot of progress .I talked to a seinor advisor called Dr T he was a wonderful man who advised people he thought I should get a job not train and do what I wanted ot do in my spare time .
So I wound up pounding the pavement looking for a job while I continued to work on my first book and took a seinor class in writing to help me .
They had a thing in there were some old people could retire early our company didn't want that

Merit abrasives

Was a manufacturing job that I had in Brookville Ohio I worked it for 5 years and liked the people who worked there and who ran it a lot . They were very nice people and we worked will and hard together .
Our company was purchased by a company in France . They wanted more production the first thing they did was up our hours that we worked from 40 to 58 going from 40 to 58 was really tough . All you got done in life was sit in a chair and work your job morning noon and night .
When we were working 5 ten hour shifts and one 8 hour shift we got a extra 10 minute break which was over and gone before we knew it had even happened .
Home life wasn't there much my husband found himself sleeping more and more hours while I was gone a whole weekend off didn't rarely if ever happen but we all needed it to rest .
I gained a lot of weight no extercise sit sit sit no walking around just sitting there . I could hardly walk when this job ended and had to go thru physical therapy to get better .
