Sure local people were tired of Blue Jacket they had seen it more then once but why leave this outdoor drama which cost a lot to build empty .
We need a new outdoor drama what about the Wright Brothers , My great great great great great grandfather , Jospeh Wortman who went down the Mississippi River 6 times taking flour to sell in New Orleans . I have a copy of a letter he wrote in 1831 to he's wife about he's wreck in Randolph Tennessee which he discusses the wreck with he's wife Amelda Patterson .
What about Patterson and he's making NCR but we are mad at he's people for living Ohio How about William Henry Harrison we need this place open this summer it will employ actors and acctresses we need as many people as we can get in Ohio making money as we can get these people buy things which employ more people .
Where do we get help to open with little cash schools Sinclair community college Wright State U D we use some of there students who graduated recently with a fine arts degree . They are rpobaly out of work and this would look good on a resumma to say you did Summer theater in Ohio.
We need to have a styory written if you don't like my topics chose your own but less open this place back up . Count the jobs it creates someone takes tickets someone cleans the place actors and singers work a writer gets some work less do it in Ohio instead of talking about it and saying what if or I remember that
job loses
Ohio has had more job losses then most of the states in our country . For years we have had a rich manufacturing base and it has gradually been taken away from us and sent to other countries . People have left our state in droves

Dismantling houses piece by piece
In Dayton today they started doing something I have wanted them to know but didn't know they had started . They are taking buildings down piece by piece and are saving the pieces to be sold off and put into other houses .
If a house scheduled for demolition has new windows and a house being rebuilt needs new windows the windows can be put in the house needing work . Doing this can save houses and can cost less .
It also creates jobs for people looking for work and it pays for itself unlike a wrecking ball parts of the old houses are salvaged and used in other old houses needing repair.
They say some of the floors taken out of the old houses have better wood in them in stuff which is for sale today .
I hate to see all of the vacant lots were houses use to be but it is nice to know a part fo the old houses are being salvaged .
Vintage plumbing is hard to find today but with doing this it can be found . Dayton is a lovely old city I grew up here it is nice to see part of the city will be saved for posterity . Dayton has been tearing down houses for years thsi is the first time I have heard of a wrecking companmy which saves parts of the old houses I first blogged this on dayton o's then I read about it in the dayton daily news afterwards it si up on my website page 386 http://www.dollslikeus.com/ I forgot to add my old grade school Huffman elementary is now a retirement community . Although a lot of schools and churches have been torn down it is nice to see a big beautiful scruture like this survive the wrecking ball.

Forclosed homes
Today we have a lot of empty houses which are deteriorating and being torn down because they are empty . This is part of what is wrong with our economy . One way to slow this down is to agree to rent the house to the former owners the ones who cannot make the house payments 1 missed payment and they will be out . Of course the house will rent cheaper then the house payment was to allow the family to afford the rent payment .
When the economy recovers they can make larger payments and the house can go back to they are buying it stage . This will put people in houses instead of on the street . Would you want these poor little dolls out in the street and homeless or some little kid out in the street and homeless .
The fact that to many houses are being torn down is reason enough to look for ways to save these houses . Each house that gets torn down we don't get back so less not let them deteriorate .
There are people out there who would rent some of these houses but they won't buy them until the economy recovers . House rented people living in it paying heating bills verses empty . Empty houses pipes freezze bust mold forms . People are in trouble right now some of these people who are in trouble could get a job fixing some of these properties so many hours a week in exchange for rent on one of them who knows the bank might be able to trust them enough after a while to make them a property manager . When this happens the bank can pay them a so much a week salary and alot of these places which were inhabitable would become habital and some people would have jobs .
With this economy some people are going to have to learn to run a business out of there own house .
Some of these vacant structures could be sold or leased as businesses like a small restraunt if it were in the neighborhood of a bunch of seinor citizens they could afford to serve lunch for discounted prices for seinors . Restrunts like Golden Correl which give big discounts to seinors are very busy during lunch hour and this is a lot of there profit .
